My Birth matters Videos

My Birth Matters videos are a series of short videos that offer expectant moms information they may not know about pregnancy, labor and delivery, as well as other topics they might want to know about during pregnancy.

Healthy Beginnings

Healthy Beginnings is a FREE program designed to support you throughout your pregnancy with personalized guidance from experienced nurses and access to helpful educational resources. The program focuses on proactive communication between you, your healthcare providers, and the Healthy Beginnings’ care team to help ensure you and your baby receive the best possible care. Healthy Beginnings is a confidential service included in your health plan and is available to you at no cost.


Enrollment in Healthy Beginnings is a requirement of the 32BJ Maternity Program:

  • Sign up and complete your profile on the WebTPA Mobile app (Apple), or My WebTPA app (Google Play), or
  • Sign up and complete your profile on WebTPA’s website (webtpa.com)
